Stable Speed
True Draw’s unique blend of fibers and woven scrim means that unlike other artificial bowling greens, weather conditions, temperature or shade don’t cause rapid speed changes. At the completion of each bowling green installation, BD Design & Build conducts a final speed test to confirm the synthetic surface is playing to World Bowls standards.
Stable Surface
Play year-round! True Draw products are designed for high UV conditions and also drain exceptionally well. True Draw bowling greens are consistent in all weather conditions – performing like natural grass but can be played on right through the day.
Longer Playing Life
True Draw TD2000 needle punch carpet has a surface weight of 2000 grams per square meter – creating a stronger, more durable bowling green which doesn’t stretch or shrink.
Wider Rolls
The widest in the industry: 5.8 meters wide. Less seams per green (on average, 6 seams per green) creates a smooth, consistent playing surface. True Draw synthetic greens are fully reversible and can be played in both directions.
Minimal Maintenance
Green maintenance is drastically reduced. No sand or water needed (saving up to 400,000 liters of water per green per year). BD Design & Build provides a full Maintenance and Care Instruction Plan, new vacuum cleaner, and after-sale support.
