We are a bowling green company specialising in synthetic greens for bowling clubs and retirement villages.
Established in 2013 by Bryce Dijk, BD Design & Build has installed and upgraded synthetic lawn bowling greens in New Zealand, Australia and the United States.

BD Design & Build provides an onsite* consultation to discuss your specific bowling green needs. If possible, we’ll use locally sourced and supplied resources for your bowling green installation/upgrade. (*Dependent on whether Covid-19 restrictions apply.)
Our team will work closely with you at each step, to ensure the process is seamless. BD Design & Build treasures the relationships we also build and as part of our after-sale support, we enjoy receiving feedback about how the greens are performing.

A 5 year Guarantee applies to all True Draw synthetic needle punch bowling green surfaces installed by BD Design and Build Ltd.
Base Construction Warranty
If built by BD Design and Build Ltd, the base construction is backed up by our 12 month Warranty.

BRYCE DIJK
Each green installation or upgrade is project managed by Bryce Dijk; from planning stage, removal of any existing surface, excavation, leveling and construction, to overseeing after-sales service.
Bryce has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, including project management whilst working as a New Zealand certified plumber.
Before founding BD Design & Build, Bryce specialized in the construction of synthetic bowling greens – working with Tony Pellett from Sports Base Construction. Bryce developed an in-depth understanding of tailoring synthetic greens to the individual needs of each bowling club and retirement village.
A hands-on CEO, Bryce is likely to be your first point of contact to discuss making your bowling green the best it can be – a world-class bowling surface.
